A good idea to connect with your customers is by sharing your YouTube videos in all these other places. You can share your videos on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, on bookmarking sites like Stumbleupon and also embed your videos on your website or on emails and newsletters.

This will not only draw more viewers but you can also generate more feedback and interactions and get more followers on your YouTube channel.
