Facebook introduces ‘Save’ feature

Earlier this week, Facebook announced a new feature that is set to hit our news feeds very soon.

Facebook will now give you the option to ‘save’ links, places, movies, TV and music so now you can keep track of that restaurant you thought looked amazing, or that band that sounded really good. No longer will you have to trawl through Google trying to remember what it was that caught your eye.

You will be able to view the saved items by clicking the ‘More’ tab on mobile devices or on the link on the left hand navigation on a desktop. Your saved items will be organized by category and you can swipe right on each item to share it with your friends or move it into your archive list.

The Save feature will be available to everyone on iOS, Android and the web over the next few days so keep an eye on that timeline!
