Course Content & Structure
- “What topics do your courses cover?”
Our courses cover all aspects of digital marketing, from theory to specifics. Some of our courses have a specific theme, like Social Media for Recruitment, where we explore how to use social media to improve your brand’s employer presence and how to use social media to recruit successfully. Other courses, such as our Digital Marketing Masterclass, are much broader, covering various areas of digital marketing to help you build your digital strategy and gain an overall understanding of how to utilise digital marketing for your business.
If you need something specific to your industry or business, we also offer a bespoke course builder. Working alongside one of our training team, we can build a course that fits your team.
- “Are the courses beginner-friendly?”
Some of our courses, like Social Media for Business or sector-specific social media courses, are suitable for beginners who have very little knowledge. Our free webinars are also suitable for beginners.
Our other courses require a certain amount of working knowledge, but it may be possible to tailor a course so that it is suitable for you. Alternatively, a bespoke course might be the right choice for you. Bespoke courses can also cater for a mixed level of expertise within your team.
- “Do you offer certifications?”
All attendees receive a certificate confirming that they have attended and completed the course.
Practical Concerns
- “How much time do I need to commit?”
The amount of time you need to commit will vary depending on the course that you choose. Face-to-face courses require either one or two days to complete, depending on the course. Online courses are run weekly and would require 2.5 hours a week for at least 3 weeks. For bespoke courses, we can work with you to find the right course length and dates to fit with your team’s workloads and commitments.
- “What if I miss a live session?”
We fully understand that sometimes work commitments or life can get in the way, so our standard online courses are available as recordings after the session. However, we always encourage you to attend the live sessions so that you can fully benefit from the course experience, including interaction, live exercises and the opportunity to ask the trainer questions.
- “Do I need any tools or software?”
Most of our courses only require you to have the means to access the course and the platforms or tools that you need training on. Online courses are on Zoom, which is free to access as an attendee, so we also ask that you have the ability to access Zoom before the course. We will introduce you to tools during the course, but the majority will be free or “freemium” access. Any specific requirements for bespoke courses will be agreed upon before the course.

The cost will vary depending on the type of course you are attending, but all of our courses are designed so that attendees get as much as possible from their investment.
